智能信号灯采集器由信号灯检测单元，内部计算分析单元，数据传输单元三部分组成。安装于路口信号机中，获取信号灯各行车动向相位剩余时间，通过路侧通信单元实时、准确告知车内车载通信单元，保证车辆安全效率通过路口。
